FEE STRUCTURE AND OPTIONS:
We offer our clients with affordable legal services with tailored billing policies. Clients may choose from the following:
1) Subscription
annual fee plan, which provides for the option to spread out your legal
costs over one-year period for a single monthly or quarterly payment
(included in the subscription annual fee plan is a list of legal
services covered). The subscription plan provides a business with their
own corporate general counsel.
2) Flat fee per project method.
3) A blended fee arrangement (i.e. hourly billable, flat fee and/or equity participation).
4) Traditional hourly billing approach (if client preferred).
Additionally, our firm does not charge for paper, fax, postage, phone and routine copying expenses.
MANAGING ATTORNEY BACKGROUND:
Ryan Stibor is the owner and managing attorney of Stibor Group, LLC, a transactional based
law firm focusing on and private equity syndication, private placement
offerings, angel investing and venture capital; secured loan negotiation and review; consumer bankruptcy; asset and equity acquisition and disposition, corporate formation, structuring and
governance, leveraged finance documentation; as well as licensing of
intellectual property rights, to include copyright, trademark and media
matters. The firm has negotiated endorsement and sponsorship transactions with
varying artists, celebrities and musicians for websites, nightclubs and live
productions.
He has negotiated cable distribution, internet and mobile
content rights agreements with such companies as Verizon FiOS, iTunes, Hulu,
Amazon, and Dish Network, to name a few.
Mr. Stibor
is also acting board member and senior counsel of Cherry Development, Inc., a residential and
commercial mixed-use development company devoted to redeveloping urban city
centers throughout the nation. Mr. Stibor heads the legal and
project finance facets of the organization. He has negotiated the financing, development and operation
of over a half a billion in high-rise real estate projects, start-up companies
and entertainment ventures.
Concurrently, Mr. Stibor is acting board member and senior counsel for Right On Demand, LLC, a Video On Demand television network, website and mobile phone application focused on political entertainment and social media. Additionally, Mr. Stibor is also member and general counsel for Quiet Giants, LLC, a
marketing company focusing on strategic event and lifestyle marketing
and advertising with a secondary focus on sponsorship, viral
marketing, endorsement, database and brand development.
Mr. Stibor represented clients including Rokbar New York New York Hotel, Cherry Development, Crazy Pita Rotisserie Grill, theLookstore.com, RightNetwork.com, and Tamares, as well as consulting business owners on varying facets of strategic business management and planning. Prior to his current
endeavors, Mr. Stibor worked with Barker Walters, PC, in the corporate
law division. He is a licensed attorney in California and Nevada.
